The Laurel, Maryland residents who live in Montgomery County are still in a transition housing market.  A transition housing market is not a buyer’s market or a sellers market.

A transition market is a balanced market.

With all the talk about the bad housing market, Montgomery County Maryland continues to lead the way to recovery.

Howard County Maryland is still a buyer’s market with only 19% of homes selling in the first thiry days.  Prince Georges County is right behind with 18% of homes selling in the first thirty days.  Ann Arundel county continues to be the weakest market for sellers with only 15% of homes selling in the first thirty days.
