Two schools enjoy a good reputation in Laurel, Md. real estate. I am not basing this on fact, just the feedback I get from my clients and parents in the neighborhood. Bond Mill Elementary has often been cited as a good school. Justin Fitzgerald, the principle of Bond Mill, even commented that other principles in Prince Georges county refer to the school as the “country club”. Each year the school does do well on county wide test. The school does enjoy a very active parent participation. I have also heard great things about Martin Luther King Middle School. Parents whose children have already gone through the school indicated they were happy with their child’s experience. This is good news for those considering buying a home in Laurel, Maryland.
